Gluten-Free No Bake Chocolate Peppermint Balls

These gluten-free no bake chocolate peppermint balls are a delightful and healthy treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings without the need for an oven. The combination of chocolate and peppermint makes them a festive choice for the holiday season.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Crushed candy canes for garnish, optional

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and cocoa powder

Add honey, melted coconut oil, and peppermint extract

Mix until a dough-like consistency forms

Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips

Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined tray
