These keto cheddar cheese muffins are the perfect savory treat for anyone following a low-carb diet. Made with almond flour and loaded with shredded cheddar cheese, theyre fluffy, cheesy, and incredibly delicious. Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C, and grease or line a muffin tin with paper liners

In a big bowl, mix the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and almond flour together with a whisk

First, beat the eggs in a different bowl

Then, add the melted butter and almond milk and mix well

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed

Fill up each muffin tin cup about three quarters of the way to the top with batter

Put the muffins in an oven that has already been heated up

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
