Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, saut mushrooms and garlic over medium heat until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes
Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, simmering gently for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened
Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the mushroom cream sauce
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and toss again until cheese is melted and incorporated
