A delightful twist on the classic Waldorf Salad, this BBQ version incorporates grilled chicken for a smoky flavor. The combination of sweet apples, crunchy celery, juicy grapes, and toasted walnuts, dressed in a creamy honey-mustard dressing, makes for a perfect barbecue side dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups grilled chicken breast, diced
- 3 cups red apples, diced
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
