Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Walnuts and dates should be combined in a food processor
Pulse them until a coarse mixture is formed
To the date and walnut mixture, add almond butter, cocoa powder, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of salt
Mix thoroughly
Using parchment paper, line an 8 x 8-inch 20 x 20 cm baking pan
Evenly distribute the brownie batter after pouring it into the pan
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven
Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for ten minutes or so in the pan
After the brownies cool completely, lift the parchment paper and take them out of the pan, allowing them to cool completely on a wire rack
