Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a whisk until they are smooth
Put the butter in a nonstick skillet that is on medium-low heat
Let it melt and cover the pan
Put the eggs into the pan after beating them
Do not touch them for a few seconds, until the edges begin to set
Carefully move the eggs from the edges to the middle with a spatula as you stir them
Stir and cook the eggs some more until they are mostly set but still a little runny
Once you take the eggs off the heat, the residual heat will keep cooking them until they are done the way you like them
Add pepper and salt to taste
