Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, garlic, and ginger
Place pork cubes and sliced onion in the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and onions
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until pork is tender
In a small bowl, mix chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth
Pour the mixture into the slow cooker, stirring well
