Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size
Add pepper and salt
The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of grilling
Before you start cooking the burgers, toast the buns on the grill until they are just barely brown
Put the BBQ sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a special sauce for your burgers
Spread the BBQ mayo sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together
After putting a lettuce leaf on top, add a burger patty with melted cheese
Put in two bacon strips, some red onion slices, and a tomato slice
Put the other half of the bun on top of each burger
